Kimberly Just, LCSW
My name is Kim and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Dominican University. I have vast experience working in a variety of settings, such as community mental health, intensive outpatient, and partial hospitalization programs. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, providing both individual, and family therapy. My experience has primarily involved treating depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, women’s issues, and ADHD.
I believe that building a genuine therapeutic relationship with each of my clients is extremely important. I strive to create a welcoming and disarming environment where my clients are comfortable being themselves, and therefore, best equipped to make progress. I support my clients in working through challenges while being compassionate, transparent, and flexible.
My goal is to work alongside my clients as a member of their team while they navigate their therapeutic journey. My therapeutic style is holistic and strengths-based, taking into consideration the whole person, and not focusing solely on current symptoms. I truly believe each individual has the potential to live their ideal, best life, and I strive to help my clients believe that as well.
